We are very excited to be working on the new open-world multiplayer game using the Dune IP and we are looking for an Unreal Gameplay Programmer to help us achieve our goals. You will work closely other members of the team to develop Dune on next-generation platforms. You will be working on the gameplay team working on a large-scale survival title set in the Dune universe.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of highly skilled programmers in an interesting and challenging PC/console project using Unreal Engine
  • Implementing gameplay features across multiple game servers using shared simulation using data-oriented programming (ECS)
  • Liaising with other team members to schedule and complete tasks to a high quality

Requirements

  • Expert in C and C++
  • Expert in Unreal Engine 4 (C, C++ and Blueprints)
  • A minimum of 2 years commercial experience developing videogames on console or PC platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on modern videogame console platforms (for example, Xbox One, PS4 or Nintendo Switch)
  • Experience with client-server gameplay logic
  • Experience working remotely with a third-party development partner
